Payment

We accept payments through Personal cheque, Company cheque or through wire transfer as an advance payment for shipment and Credit Cards. All shipments of merchandise are subject to clearance of cheques.

Delivery Time

Minerals Specimens & Rough Stones
With in 15 days after receipt of payment. 

Finished stones 
With in 30 to 45 days after receipt of payment.

Shipping

Shipping Process of the order will be completed with in a week time by Air Freight or any International Courier Service Providers such as UPS, DHL, Fedex and TCS. The customer will be provided all the relevant documents of shipment by fax or E-mail.

Insurance

All shipment will be insured on the invoice declared value only. The insurance cost will be borne by the cosignee.
Shipment containing merchandise will be at the risk of customer if it is not insured. In case of any loss or damage to the shipment, the Company will not be responsible. 

Minimum Order
